• User Configuration & Queue Data (Stored Locally): Post schedules, video file references, post captions, titles, hashtags, visibility settings, and execution logs configured directly by you. This data is kept strictly inside your browser's local sandbox (chrome.storage.local and IndexedDB).
• Session & Authentication State (In-Memory Only): Temporary checking of session cookies on supported platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads) to verify you are currently logged in prior to running an automated publishing schedule. We never transmit your session tokens or cookies to external servers.
• Google Account Profile (Optional): If you authenticate with Google OAuth, we receive basic profile info (email, display name, user ID) solely to identify your active subscription or access license.

We use the collected information solely for the following explicit purposes:

• Automating video uploads, caption typing, tag selection, and publishing on TikTok and supported social media platforms at your specified times.
• Displaying and managing your scheduled post queues and campaign presets inside the Chrome Side Panel interface.
• Connecting with AI services (ChatGPT / Dola) to assist you with generating engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
• Verifying user license status and providing direct technical support.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Data transmission only occurs in these strictly limited scenarios:

• Direct Client-to-Platform Delivery: When you initiate automated publishing, your local browser uploads video files and post captions directly to the official endpoints of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads.
• Direct AI Assistance: When you request AI text suggestions, prompts are processed through your active session or API connection with ChatGPT / Dola.
• Legal Obligations: In rare cases where disclosure is strictly required by applicable law or valid judicial orders.

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data:

• Local-First Architecture: Your post schedules, media paths, and campaign presets stay inside your local browser storage and are never uploaded to any unauthorized central database.
• HTTPS/TLS Encryption: All external API communications strictly use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Sandboxed Contexts: Content scripts execute in isolated Chrome execution environments to prevent cross-origin data exposure.

You maintain full control over your information at all times:

• Clear Local Storage: You can clear all saved queues, presets, and history directly inside the extension's Settings tab or by clearing Chrome's extension data.
• Revoke Google Access: You can revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time via Google Account Permissions Manager.
• Complete Uninstallation: Removing the extension from your browser instantly wipes all local application data and settings from your computer.
• Data Deletion Inquiries: You can request full deletion of any account-related records by contacting us directly at thanhson.official@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
